Victoria is passionate about Bespoke Millinery, creating a unique Hat or Headpiece with only one client in mind.

Appointments take place at the VCH studio in Margaretting, Essex, can be arranged at your premises or via Zoom.

During the first appointment you will discuss the occasion, date, theme, colours, materials and your face shape to determine a suitable style. Should you have a budget in mind this can also be discussed at this time.

Following the appointment you will receive a sketch with the discussed design along with a quotation and collection or delivery date. Alternatively, if you are unsure of the design or materials, you will receive a selection of sketches with suggested materials and pricing options.

Near completion of your design you will be invited to return for your fitting where you can discuss any minor changes you may wish to have made.

During the final appointment you will be presented with your finished design and shown how this should be worn to your special occasion. You will leave with your presented item in a beautifully branded VCH storage box.
