지난해 불법 소형 기지국을 악용한 개인정보 유출로 무단 소액결제 피해가 발생한 KT에 대해 개인정보보호위원회가 과징금 539억 7,불법 도박죄900만 원 부과를 의결했습니다.

개인정보위가 확인한 유출 피해자는 1만 6,불법 도박죄647명이고,소액결제 피해는 2억 4천만 원에 달했습니다.

개인정보위는 또 조사 과정에서 악성코드 로그 기록을 지우거나 거짓 진술을 해 조사를 방해했다며 KT를 고발하기로 했습니다.
